RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All orders must be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After this 2-hour window, all orders are automatically processed and cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

All sales are final once processing begins.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct product selection and shipping information at checkout. SmoothGainz is not responsible for errors made during ordering.

Incorrect Product Delivered:
If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our end, you may request a replacement. The customer is responsible for return shipping of the incorrect item. Once the item is returned, we will send the correct product at no additional cost.

SmoothGainz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
